Compare yaven
Short answer: yaven is a proactive AI assistant for independent agencies. It finds companies with a reason to talk to you now, helps you answer briefs and RFPs, and tells you when a past client is likely to need you again, with drafts written in your voice. The pages below compare yaven with tools agencies already use for parts of that work, and say plainly when the other tool is the better choice.
Comparisons
- yaven vs ChatGPT and Claude. A general assistant you prompt, or one that knows your agency and brings you the work. Includes how privacy works on each.
- yaven vs Apollo and Clay. Sales data and outbound platforms built for go-to-market teams, or a short weekly list of companies that fit your portfolio, with a reason to reach out.
- yaven vs PandaDoc, Proposify and Qwilr. Tools for building, sending and signing proposals, or help deciding which briefs to answer and what to say in them.
- yaven vs Universe. Two Mac apps. One is a workspace for agents that can take on almost any job. The other is built around growing an agency.
How we write these pages
Comparison pages are easy to slant, so we hold ourselves to a few rules. We read each tool's own website and pricing page before we publish, and we list those sources with the date we checked them. If we can't confirm a detail, we leave it out rather than guess. We don't knock other products; most of them are very good at what they're built for. And every page has a "when to pick" section, because the honest answer is often "use both".
Prices and plans change. If you spot something out of date, tell us and we'll fix it.
Where yaven fits
yaven is built for three jobs that sit between the tools you already have:
- Finding new clients. yaven watches for hiring, posts, news and profile changes, matches each company to your closest work, and drafts a short note.
- Briefs and RFPs. It helps you decide whether a brief is worth answering and prepares a first reply in your voice.
- Winning back past clients. It spots past clients in your published work and tells you when there's a good reason to get back in touch.
Privacy matters to agencies, so we're specific about it: Your memory and writing style stay on your Mac; AI drafting uses Anthropic's Claude. We never train on your clients' work. You can read more on private AI for agencies. yaven is built for independent studios of all sizes, with pages for design, branding and marketing agencies.
Backed by and built with support from Betaworks, EF (Entrepreneur First), Eagle, Imperial College London and MIT.
Questions
What is yaven?
yaven is a proactive AI assistant for independent marketing, branding, design and creative agencies. It helps you find new clients, answer briefs and RFPs, and reconnect with past clients, with drafts written in your voice.
Are these comparisons fair?
We check each tool's own website and pricing page before publishing, list our sources and the date at the bottom of every page, and leave out anything we couldn't confirm. Every comparison says when the other tool is the better pick.
Can I use yaven alongside these tools?
Yes. Most agencies keep a chat assistant, a proposal tool or a data tool for the jobs those do best. yaven connects to 20+ tools and focuses on the business side of the agency: who to talk to, when, and what to say.
Does anything go out without my approval?
No. yaven prepares the work, and your team decides what goes out.
